The new Kechie crochet beanie is another pattern where the sc V-st is shining. Beautiful as ever. Perfectly suited for virtually invisible increases, this stitch is as soothing to stitch as it is easy. Part of the beauty is in it’s simplicity.

A quick project to carry around as you wait in offices or as you commute and ride along.

Kechie is a great choice for that amazing single skein of bulky yarn you have in stash.

Available as a single pattern or as part of a 4-pattern eBook, Keck Collection, all featuring the V-st, at a 50% discount.

the skills you need

As a confident, beginning crocheter, you can absolutely make this hat. The brimribbing might be a bit of a challenge, but it is not as hard as it may seem. And remember, I am always around in the facebook group to help out.
This hat is easily customizable to create the fit you’re looking for. Make it shorter for a standard, watchman style beanie or add as much length needed for the level of slouch you prefer.
